Taken Prior to Moving in September 2009

The house was in pretty neglected shape, but the structurals were still good. As you can see, the exterior paint ranged from yellow, to navy, to red and the yard was way overgrown. An oversize tarp hid a hole in the roof.

The interior had fallen victim to what we like to call the "Tequila Sunrise Pallette."

We scrubbed, painted, and re-tiled with the help of some great friends and my awesome in-laws. Pics to follow soon.
